New Funding Available for Global Education and Research Travel.
The University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Global Health is funding education and research travel for UW faculty and staff. Your travel request must support the mission of the Center for Global Health.
Applications are due November 10, 2009. Details are in the attached PDF.
2009 Guidelines
Eligibility requirements include:
- Travel supports mission of Center for Global Health
- No previous CGH Travel Fellowship
- UW appointment as faculty or staff
The mission for the UW Center for Global Health is to promote interdisciplinary education, research and partnerships that address health issues which transcend national boundaries. The goals include:
- Develop global health education programs
- Advance global health research
- Facilitate global health partnerships and exchanges
- Foster an interdisciplinary network of global health scholars and practitioners
